Policies of YELLOWSTONE BASIN INN


Yellowstone Basin Inn is a completely smoke-free property. There is no smoking anywhere.

We are a pet-free Inn. We do not allow pets on the property and pets may not stay in your vehicle overnight.

All rooms and suites include air conditioning, private bath, satellite TV and free high speed wireless internet.

We offer a complimentary breakfast buffet. These are available from May through October.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. We do not have a 24 hour front desk, so if you would like to arrive outside of these times, please call us at 1-800-624-3364 to make arrangements for your room key and for directions to your room.  Check-out time is 11 a.m.

To Make a Reservation:

Room rates quoted are $US per night, based on double occupancy for rooms with 1 or 2 beds, and 2 to 5 person occupancy for suites. Additional guests are $15 per person per night for rooms, $25 per person per night for suites.

To see the correct price for more than 2 guests, you need to adjust the number of guests at the top of the Availability Calendar. (Children are included in the number of guests.)

Deposit Charged:

A 100% deposit is charged to your credit card when you make your reservation for one night. A 50% deposit is charged when you make your reservation for two or more nights.

Cancellation Policies for Reservations Made Here:

All cancellations incur a 5% charge on the prepayment. This is to cover the credit card processing charges we are assessed by the bank.

If you book 1 or 2 room nights, you have 10 days before the arrival date to cancel without additional fees. If you cancel within 10 days of arrival, we will try to re-rent the room nights. If all the room nights are re-rented, we will refund your deposit minus the 5%.  Any room nights that are not re-rented, you are responsible for.

If you book 3 room nights or more,  you have 30 days before the arrival date to cancel without additional fees. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, we will try to re-rent the room nights. If all the room nights are re-rented, we will refund your deposit minus the 5%.  Any room nights that are not re-rented, you are responsible for.
