Yellowstone Basin Inn is a completely smoke-free property. There is no smoking anywhere.

We are a pet-free Inn. We do not allow pets on the property and pets may not stay in your vehicle overnight.

All rooms and suites include air conditioning, private bath, satellite TV and free wifi speed wireless internet.

We offer a complimentary homemade breakfast buffet. Available from May 1st to October closing date.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. We do not have a 24 hour front desk, so if you arrive later than 9 pm, please call us at 406-848-7080 or 717-226-9490 to make arrangements for your room key and for directions to your room.  Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

To Make a Reservation:

Room rates quoted are $US per night, based on double occupancy for rooms with 1 or 2 beds, and 2 to 5 person occupancy for suites. Additional guests are $30 per person per night for all rooms.

To see the correct price for more than 2 guests, you need to adjust the number of guests at the top of the Availability Calendar. (Children are included in the number of guests.)

No Deposit Charged:

All cancellations incur a 10% charge. This is to cover the credit card processing charges we are assessed by the bank.

If you book 1 or 2 room nights, you have 10 days before the arrival date to cancel without additional fees. If you cancel within 10 days of arrival, we will try to re-rent the room nights. If all the room nights are re-rented, we will refund minus the 10% plus if any re rental arrives from a 3rd party booking site a 15% commission will be deducted from the refund. Any room nights that are not re-rented, you are responsible for.

If you book 3 room nights or more,  you have 30 days before the arrival date to cancel without additional fees. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, we will try to re-rent the room nights. If all the room nights are re-rented, we will refund minus the 10% plus if any re rental arrives from a 3rd party booking site a 15% commission will be deducted from the refund.  Any room nights that are not re-rented, you are responsible for.

NO SHOWS WILL BE NON REFUNDABLE.
